We want you to love what you buy. But if you don’t — or if it breaks — we’ve got you.
Changed your mind? → 30 days to return
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back.
To qualify:

Dinnerware / glass / ceramics → unused, no chips or scratches, in original packaging if possible

Tablecloths / napkins / placemats → unwashed, tags still on, no stains or pet hair

Partial returns of a set (you must return the whole set)
Restocking fee
For non‑defective returns, you pay return shipping + a 15% restocking fee (covers our inspection and repackaging).
Something arrived broken? → We’ll replace it for free.
Ceramics and glass can sometimes break in transit, even when we pack carefully.
You must email us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

A clear photo of the broken item

A photo of the box (if damaged)
We’ll ship you a replacement or give a full refund (including original shipping).
How to start a return

One last thing
If your item has a small natural imperfection (like a slight glaze variation or a tiny speck in the clay) — that’s not a defect. It’s what makes handmade‑leaning goods beautiful. We never sell true defects.
