Refund Policy

We want you to love what you buy. But if you don’t — or if it breaks — we’ve got you.

Changed your mind? → 30 days to return

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back.

To qualify:

  • Dinnerware / glass / ceramics → unused, no chips or scratches, in original packaging if possible

  • Tablecloths / napkins / placemats → unwashed, tags still on, no stains or pet hair

What can’t be returned

  • Items after 30 days

  • Used or washed textiles

  • Final sale / clearance items

  • Partial returns of a set (you must return the whole set)

Restocking fee
For non‑defective returns, you pay return shipping + a 15% restocking fee (covers our inspection and repackaging).

Something arrived broken? → We’ll replace it for free.

Ceramics and glass can sometimes break in transit, even when we pack carefully.

You must email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A clear photo of the broken item

  3. A photo of the box (if damaged)

We’ll ship you a replacement or give a full refund (including original shipping).

How to start a return

  1. Email vanwiset347@outlook.com with your order number and reason

  2. We’ll send you the return address (usually our warehouse)

  3. Once we receive and inspect, we’ll refund you within [5–10 business days] to your original payment method

One last thing
If your item has a small natural imperfection (like a slight glaze variation or a tiny speck in the clay) — that’s not a defect. It’s what makes handmade‑leaning goods beautiful. We never sell true defects.
